Since 1977, The Flower Shoppe has sought to provide our customers with beautiful flowers complemented by outstanding customer service and value. We are a local, independent, florist that carries a large selection of cut flowers from local sources (when in season) as well as from around the world. We always have a variety of fresh floral arrangements ready to be purchased in our store. We also carry green and blooming plants, Mylar balloons, silk flower arrangements and a wide variety of gifts.
The Flower Shoppe is conveniently located, in the growing City of Jacksonville, on Western Boulevard across from the Mall and next to Onslow Memorial Hospital. We have free parking in front of our building and are handicapped accessible.
The Flower Shoppe creates and delivers custom floral arrangements for all occasions! Our team of dedicated floral professionals have over 70 combined years of experience in the floral industry. The Flower Shoppe has been one of Teleflora’s Top 2000 Florists for the past 5 years.
Filling orders order is always a privilege for us and each one receives our personal and professional attention. We always aim to please our customers but if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we will have an opportunity to make you happy.

We are closed on Sundays.
Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
DELIVERY POLICY
Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Our deliveries are made between the approximate hours of 10:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday and 10:00am - 4:00pm on Saturday.
Deliveries To Local Funeral Homes: We check all visitation and service times with the appropriate funeral home and deliver your order accordingly.
Deliveries To Local Military Bases: We are able to deliver to all local Military bases, however, if the order is going to a workplace we must have a building number as well as a phone number for the recipient. We make our daily delivery run to base at approximately 1:00pm every day, any order recieved after that time will be delivered the next business day.
Deliveries To Local Schools: We are able to deliver to all local schools but are only able to take orders for Staff Members.
If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.
Recipient May be Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.
Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
